Who we are

Established by Hope Baker in 2025, Baker Consulting seeks to fill identified gaps in available resources and supports for Behavioral Health Agencies seeking guidance around Healthcare Privacy Law Compliance; Development, revision, and evaluation of Organizational Policy and Procedure; Systems Improvement, or Changes in Organizational Culture; and the Professional Development of Behavioral Health Providers.

Hope holds a Masters of Science in Psychology with an Emphasis on Industrial and Organizational Psychology. She maintains a Substance Use Disorder Professional Credential in good standing through the Washington State Department of Health and has over 15 years of experience working in the field of Behavioral Health. She comes to this work after the creation of a Licensed Behavioral Health Agency providing Integrated Mental Health and Substance Use prevention through recovery services in school based settings, and multiple successful endeavors providing coaching and technical assistance to other entities in the creation and development of similar programs across Washington State.

Additionally, Hope offers Professional Development options for all levels of Behavioral Health Provider credentialing and experience, with extensive knowledge and experience in the application of adult learning theory, having provided learning opportunities in a range of settings from workshops in professional development conferences through college level classroom education.
